Cleaning fees vary based on the size of the unit, the number of beds and the number of bathrooms. Please contact us to get a free estimate.
Damage Report
Our staff will be on the lookout for any damages. If they find any, pictures will be taken and sent to you.
Restocking
We will notify you if you are running low on supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.
Linens
We ask our clients to have at least three sets of towels and sheets for us to be as efficient as possible. You can use your own supplies or we would be happy to purchase them for you via True Notrh Distributors and add the cost to your invoice at the end of the month.
Carpet Cleaning
Carpet cleaning is important and should be done at least twice a year. At Rocky Mountain Cleaning, we have been built a great relationship with Full Steam Carpet Clean, a locally owned and operated steam cleaning specialist providing residential and commercial carpet cleaning.
Pet Friendly
Pets are welcomed, but we do need to be notified if your guests will be bringing a pet. We charge a flat fee per stay.
